I have not installed my hydroboost yet so I have a few questions. Because of the extreme pressures that the hydroboost sends to the brake calipers, can you still use a line lock with the hydroboost system? Is it even necessary? Does the hydroboost hold the brakes as well as a line lock? What ever feedback will be greatly appreciated.:thumbsup:

Line lock should work ok with hydroboost, the line lock solinoid valve simply holds line pressure to the front brakes only and once switched off the pressure is relieved. Again it is only plumbed into the front brake calipers allowing you to lock the front and have the rear free. This will allow you to hold the vehicle in place during a burn out to heat the tires. With out it your brake system will lock the rear wheels as well as the front, at a drag strip it becomes difficult to hold the car in the burn out box with out one.
