need an artistic types help please
 

im in the final stage of my 68 camaro build and my car will be built as a tribute to my best friend everthat went to heaven a few years ago.i want a small decal or real painting of her on the right rear lower area under the bumper.about the size of a half dollar..

can anyone do this?

I should be able to make you a decal that you could put on and clear over.
We do a lot of guitars with the decal and clear. Done right you can't tell if it's painted or a decal.
I'll ask my guy tomorrow what he'll need to make it.
