Fairlane
I was going to build this Fairlane as a race car but changed my mind. I don't need two race cars. I wanted something different to drive to cruise nights and car shows to promote the shop. I have a 428 and a set of ported Edelbrock heads I took off the race car and a manual C-6.
This is what we started with http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...428cj/22-3.jpg I thought I was going to have to buy a new quarter but I spent an afternoon with the dent puller http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ty428cj/24.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ty428cj/25.jpg Tied the front torque to the rear frame rail http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...28cj/103-3.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...428cj/97-1.jpg |

We stripped the engine compartment and welded the shock towers like Shelby did on the early Mustangs and also did the Shelby drop.
