hey, new guy to Lat-g forum
I've got a 69 el camino SS 396 with a lil work done :D Looks like a great community here with lots of good information. I'll try to contribute when i can. I suppose some of you are curious about my meano so here she goes: 69 el camino (original bb car) 409 ci now with street/strip cam, k/b pistons 9.4:1 compression, etc. (425hp 435tq) m21 muncie out of 64(ish) chevelle, rebuilt with hardened parts 12bolt rear with new eaton posi and 3.42's and carrier bearing girdle Hotchkis: sway bars f/r, lower control arms (rear) edelbrock: adj upper control arms, anti hop bars 2" lowering springs front 1" lowered rear SSBC force 10 calipers front with earls braided lines f/r factory drums in rear ( for now) CPP original style 10" booster with master cyl hurst short throw 18" centerline retro's wrapped in toyo T1R's 255(f)295(r) this and that struggling w pics lol |

Lovin the El Camino. The 68-69 was my favorite body style. It looks good low with some fat tires.
