New 5.7 Hemi based 370 cubic inch stroker short block, 0 miles – Custom ground crank, Carrillo rods, ARP rod bolts, custom CP pistons (8.5:1 CR with 5.7 heads or 10:1 CR with 6.1 heads), Tool Steel Pins, balanced and assembled, Degreed Comp XFI260 cam, new timing chain set. Full gasket set included. No Core, asking $4000.

Maybe some perspective helps. New you can get this for $5000 + core charge ($400). I have no core charge. My engine has Carrillo H beam rods, which are stronger then I beam and certainly an upgrade. I am also including a full gasket set (head, oil pan, rear main, timing cover, valve cover, etc). On top of that I am splitting shipping, which usually is a deal killer.
