For Sale: all aluminum LS1 corvette engine
 

Hey guys, i just installed a new forged 370 in my corvette and i don't have room to store my original motor so here it goes up for sale..... 2003 all aluminum corvette LS1 5.7 liter engine. It ran perfectly and is bone stock with 77k miles. I think they put out 350hp or so from the factory.... It is being sold as a longblock. This would be a perfect transplant for a resto rod. I will not ship the motor because at this price, it's just not worth the hastle. The first $1,500 gets it. If it doesn't sell at this price, i will make room for it and keep it. The 2003 longblock comes with the batwing oil pan, factory injectors, factory fuel rail, aftermarket tall valve covers (one cover needs welding to clear room for the alternator).... it basically needs an intake, water pump and crank/cam sensors. I do not have pics but can get some if there is a serious buyer. The motor must be picked up so you will put your hands on it before you pay. hey cool, i want to say it was around 30 - 35 lbs hot at idle.... at least in that ballpark. It always had nice oil pressure and the engine ran great..... The intake doesn't come with it but it did have the fbw (no cable). i went twin turbo's so i can't use this one anymore and i don't feel like walking around the engine in my tight garage.

Yes, baton rouge is very very very close..... ha ha..... come check it out, it is exactly what i say it is. p.s... Saints rule!!

Also guys, i'm going to throw in some extra's..... the corvette coil pack covers (they are black with red lettering that say corvette), the factory injectors, the factory injector rails, nearly new ngk plugs and nearly new red plug wires. Don't let the low price fool you, it is a nice piece... thanks tracy

The engine did not leak oil and did not smoke at all....
