Question for Greg Weld

I'm building a big tire Camaro and I would really like to run the GW 93 wheels on my 69 Camaro I was wondering how wide you make them, I need 15x15 with 4"bs 4.75x5 and all so need 15x4 5x4.75's your wheel are wicked and I think with the looks it would make this car pop. Thanks:hail: I do want to powdercoat them black chrome

Happens all the time -- no biggie.

First time I went to SEMA - I had this huge badge (GM VIP) and that "label" and my name were in like size 400 font... everywhere I went - people were like slathering over me - I had to explain that I was NOT a GM VIP (Just got the tickets via a buddy) and yes I was Greg Weld - but I was not bankrupt (at the time he was still kicking - but very broke)... Took me a couple of booths to figure this all out... 'cause it's my name - I don't think of it as being someone else's - and the "recognition" of the name only comes in an "automotive" venue... nowhere else.

Okay - Post up the rim widths, backspace and bolt pattern and I'll load up the truck. 50% off is the best I can do.

I'll take some to...lol.By the way what body is your 37?

GregWeld 03-28-2010 09:16 PM

Tracy - It's a Minotti.... that's the only reason I bought it. I don't like the Wildwood or Oz bodies... their roofs are too "flat"... or something.

I spent about a year waiting for one that was "cheap enough" to be nothing but a body donor. For a long time most of them were selling in the 60's... and that's a pretty expensive body. Finally one came along down in Bakersfield and I jumped on it. The car as is - is a complete POS... NASTY TO THE MAX... but the body is flawless.
