Hello everybody, My name is Akin but you guys can call me Kin. I have a 1986 442 thats been sitting since it was in an accident some years back due to me not having a space to really work on it. Any way I want to do an LY6 LSx engine swap along with other up grades to it.

I think you have a pretty cool plan for your car. Have you had a chance to start rounding up parts or do anything on the car yet?

I've been going around trying to gather all my parts. The parts that keep on alluding me is the complete LS1 rear brake set-up. I've found my front spindles and brakes from 98-02 2WD blazer truck. I'm gonna buy the brake conversion bracket for hooking up some C5/C6 brakes. I'm toying with the idea of buying another frame and trying to chop it up and fabricate it to hook up a C5 rearend suspension but that would be a big feet for somebody like me that never picked up a torch or welder!

Look up Tobin at Kore3 here. There is a link to his business on the left. He can set you up with all of the items you need for your brakes.
