Eastwood's fender finisher to roll fender lips

Has anyone ever tried one of these: http://www.eastwood.com/fender-finisher.html I've heard of some issues with the rollers on 3rd gen novas. I guess they wouldn't reach all the way to roll the lip. Also, these are a fraction of the cost. Thanks in advance.

I had the Eastwood roller worked great on 4th gen f-body's and new GTO's, but that tools (I think) is in addition to the roller or at least that is what Eastwood told me.

Mike --

Just use the handle on your service pistol and a bullet as the dolly on the other side...

Seriously -- that tool looks like it would just make a mess of things... and you'd need carpal tunnel surgery when you were finished.

I wouldn't use that thing.

I used the Eastwood fender roller on my Camaro, took a bit to get used to it but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty effective and easy to use.

Looking at the pics of the fender roller, looks like Eastwood's or a very close approximation... Same colors and almost looks like their logo on the front.

If the price isn't too bad that rental deal sounds good for someone doing just one car.

if the car is driveable you can use a baseball bat just have someone drive back and forth it really works well as you can change the angle just alittle at a time.works even better with an air ride car.
