What type of rear end fluid do you use?

Kind of a spinoff, but I asked in the rear-end section and got no response for awhile...

I've got the original 12-bolt in mine with Auburn 4.10s and an Eaton Tru-Trac...street car, might see the track SOMETIME - what do you guys recommend?
