These Trick Flow Super 23 215 aluminum cylinder heads will give a performance boost to race-ready small blocks. Based on the Super 23 195 heads, these heads have angled spark plugs and are available with 67cc or 72cc combustion chambers, feature larger, high-flow Fast As Cast 215cc intake and 78cc exhaust runners, and 2.080 in. stainless steel intake valves. Trick Flow even offers 1.530 in. or 1.550 in. double valve springs for use with cams up to .680 in. of valve lift. The result? More airflow in the mid and upper rpm range—and that means more power. These Super 23 215 heads are fully assembled with valves, valve springs, 10 degree machined steel locks, retainers, and Viton® fluoroelastomer seals. ARP 7/16 in. rocker studs and guideplates for 5/16 in. pushrods are included.

I gave Trick flow a call about using a Hydralic cam and they said you would want to change over to the 1.530 spring rather than the 1.550 that are on their now. Needs a bit lighter spring for the Hyd rollers over manual I expect.

I looked up the springs at Summit, both say there recomended for Hyd roller but the pressures are different. I suspect you might want to check the roller or cam specs to see what they want for pressure.

Current 1.55 springs:

Recommended Camshaft Style Roller hydraulic

Seat Pressure at Installed Height (lbs) 215 lbs.
Open Height (in) 1.270 in.
Open Pressure (lbs) 550 lbs.

Trick flow 1.53 springs:

Installed Height (in) 1.980 in. (With these heads 1.950)
Seat Pressure at Installed Height (lbs) 125 lbs. (138 lbs with these)
Open Height (in) 1.250 in.
Open Pressure (lbs) 430 lbs.
