I thought I'd share some random pics from Cars and Coffee in Chanhassen, MN. There were some awesome cars there, it was fun taking snapshots.

I had the pleasure to hang out with Chris and his wife, their hospitality was great. If you're a member of Garage Journal, you've probably seen Chris's Garage Condo build thread. It's fantastic to see it in person.

I have always wanted this look for my shop someday. I like all the roll up doors like a fire station. What a cool idea. I wonder how much money they make doing complexes like that. People who can afford to rent a space could build an awesome shop at their house. Or is it marketed toward a single who older retired guy who does not want or need a big Mansion?
