Drift Session at GG Chicago
 

Due to the rain all day Saturday, the Good Guys autocross was canceled. So Jason (from Gateway Classic Mustangs) and myself got to head out and try some drifting instead.

Thanks for the ride in the truck. Hopefully this becomes a new event for all of the GoodGuys shows. Seemed like a great way to end the day.

The AutoCross ran until 11:30 on Saturday it was a half day lost.
The Drifting was just so you guys could show off to the spectators and give you guys a little fun. Don't count on it at the other events, but it was pretty fun for all!!!!

Thanks again for the ride Phil. It was a blast.

Dammit Phil, Marty and I should have stuck around longer. Those video's cracked me up!! Would have loved to have seen that spectacle in person, looks you had fun beating the snot out of that truck. Was nice meeting you too.

I also have to say that the Suburban you had on display, was one of the most spectacular builds I've seen in the Chicago area. I can't believe you fabbed 2 addition doors on a 2 door truck to make it a 4 door. Awesome attention to detail.
