LS Crank Pin
 

Does anyone know the size of the crank pin and what it's made out of? I have the drill kit etc, just need some more pins.

the Procharger kit uses a .250 pin. I am not sure they all use the same size though. Who's kit is it? Are you asking for diameter or length or both?

It's .250 as well.

Does it have to be case hardened? Or will cold rolled be strong enough?

i used a roll pin on my vette and never had an issue. you can buy extra pins from most of the vendors that sell the kit. katech has or used to have a bag of pins you can buy without the tool and drill bit.
