Replacing Trunk drop-offs

Need to know if trunk drop-offs can be replaced without removing trunk floor or quarter panels.

I'm sure I can cut the old ones off, but what about installing the new ones.
Will they just drop right in?

Thanks.

That would be odd that those would be rusted, but the quarter and or truck not be.

69 Drop-offs

It appears that quarters were installed at some point, but not the drop-offs.

I removed one and the new one looks to be tight fit.

May have to trim or cut the new one?

Did the new ones slide right in?

Thanks.

They didnt go in easy, I trimmed the back part that goes behind the tail panel .its kind of a one shot deal once it goes underneath the trunk pan it will be a pain to get back out, when done u cant tell though.

Drop-offs

I agree. I had to trim the back part also. Only way to get them in without beating them ragged.

Thanks for the help..
