Need help picking offset

Hey guys, I'm a long time reader but not much on posting. I need to order custom off-set wheels for my 68 Camaro and it's kinda nerve racking. I want to do this only once so I hope that I can ask you for help regarding offset for my wheels. My budget is $2k-2.5k for a wheel/tire combo. I'm leaning towards a 18" rear/17" front stagger. To stay within budget, I'm limiting my rear tire width to 295mm. I'm open for suggestions and recommendations. Measurements are as follows:

Rear: DSE mini tubs w/ 9" diff from a 68 Bronco. 89ish Corvette hat rotors with the parking brake incorporated calipers:

From the face of the hat on the rotor to outer wheel house: 5"
From the face of the hat on the rotor to the inner wheel house: 8 1/4"
Caliper distance from hat face: 1/4"
Caliper radius: 6 7/8"

Front: Heidt's drop tall spindles. C-5 rotors/ calipers"

From the face of the hat on the rotor to outer wheel house: 2 7/8"
From the face of the hat on the rotor to the inner wheel house: 10"
Caliper distance from hat face: 2 7/8"
Caliper radius: 8"

I really need a sanity check from those more experienced.https://lateral-g.net/forums/images/smilies/hail.gif

Thank you,
