New door hinges has slack

I have brand new gm door hinges and just realised at both has some slack when lifting door at the other end. What to do? Get a new pair or does pin and bushing kit do the job?

Is there any billet/stainless/gadget fix for this;)

Mine were not new, but a new pin and bushing kit sure made them feel new after-wards. I'd be looking for something wrong if they are brand new hinges.

How about if i ask someone to machine new pins from stainless steel? Might look bit nicer.

I have found this to be true with most "new kits"

just adjust the best you can and keep them lubed. Its a wear item and be carefull choosing bushing material.
