Repro window retractors
 

I just started installing my rear quarter window retractors(69 camaro) and they seem a little sloppy from wear, heck over 40 years old , guess they should. Im wondering in your experiances do the repro retractors fit decent help tighten things up and allow for better adjustment of the glass? I have had such up and down luck with repro parts that I thought you guys might know if this is a must have part. I replaced most of the rollers, its just the rivited joints in the retractors have a lot of play.
