Anyone running 325/30/19 on a 67,68 Camaro ?

I want to run this set up and wanted to know if anyone is running this.

Pics would be great especially from the rear.

If anyone is running a 305/30/19, that would be great too.

I know Rob Chandler (featured car) is running a 305 but I can't PM him since I don't know his user name...anyone know it?

I will need to dig through pics, we sell quite a few of the General Exclaim UHP in that size, smokin deal for all 4 tires at $700 or so and a pretty good tire.

Is that price for four 325's ?

How are those tires for the street?

Pics would be GREATLY appreciated!

I believe the 325's are the stock size for the rear of a 2011 ZO-6 Corvette, and the same tire that Stielow is using.

Yep - Mark is running these and we will be running them in the One Lap this year.

Pictures of Marks car should be easy to find.

Excuse my ignorance...new on the forums.

Is this Mark Stielow you're talking about?

we run the 345/25ZR19 on the rear of our Camaros with no issues, if you are going to do the tub this is a must have tire for road racing. its the same tire from the Dodge Viper.

Yep - Mark did alot of testing with them and the size is just about perfect. I've never been a fan of the 335's (or wider, although I've never seen a competitive 1st gen run anything bigger) from a strictly road course point of view (once you're going, the additional width is really more of a hinderance than a benefit). I would rather run a stickier narrow tire than a wider, harder tire but rules are rules.

Correct
