Muttstang runs 10.94@132mph.
Took my Mustang to the track today, still a little cold hear in Maryland so it wasn't real crowded, I got to make twenty passes. Was the maiden voyage for the clutchless 4 speed I put in, and it took several passes to master shifting it.
The car wouldn't hook at all. Spun through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears was really fun ride, Even with the granny launch, the car managed to pull off a 10.94@ 132mph. The reguar Bfg's just weren't making it. If I could of gotten some slicks, or possibly some drag radials, I really think the old girl had a 10. 4 in it. It still kind of amazes me that a prodution engine, LS7 can make that kind power, with nothing more then a cam and headers. A buddy took a bunch of video, I'll post it once he gets it uploaded. Ron |
Those are killer numbers Ron. What is the weight of the car as it sits right now?

thats impressive numbers...i have a C6 Z06 and even on my best day couldnt touch those numbers...and your saying this is just cam and headers? no headwork? impressive...at 3200lbs is about the same weight as a C6Z give or take 75 pounds or so. Id shoehorn one of those in my old fastback but i think the end results is it would twist the unibody all to hell
