What do you guys in California or New Jersey use?

I bought some brake clean at NAPA today and noticed on the label, "not for sale in California or New Jersey" This was straight up non-chlorinated brake clean. What do you guys use around the shop if you can't buy this stuff?

Don't know the answer -- but just make darn sure you never clean a part with CHLORINATED Brake cleaner and weld on it. It can kill you.

The NON Chlorinated is okay...
