Length or stock spring shackels?
 

I think someone installed some long shackels on my 67 sometime in its distant pass. I was wondering what the stock lenght was. I'm hopeing that it will lower the rear of the car some if I put the stock length back on. Here is a pic of whats on there now. I've looked at other on here and cant see the spring like you can on mine.

Those are not stock shackles. Hey I have a 68 that looks just like yours, same color. Nice car. :thumbsup:

The stock shackles are short enough to fit nicely inside the rear valance. I remember "back in the day" long shackles and slightly sagged springs combined to do a nice job of beating the $h!t outta tha rear valance.
