Wow. So I have to say something doesn't smell right. She claims she was drugged and raped by another employee at Shelbys home but that Shelby did nothing about it? Uh, I thought law enforcement had that responsibility? If she had reported it to the police AND Shelby protected the guy without reservation that would be one thing. But if she did not contact the police, never filed a criminal complaint and has now filed a CIVIL suit for money - well, IMHO she has already started off on the wrong foot. But who knows what the real story is.

Have you seen Carrol Shelby lately? The guy can hardly walk....he has 3 or 4 caregivers that help him get around, help him try and hold a conversation, keep him focused etc etc.....

They'll settle for about $50k.
