Essex Cobras.......
 

I worked at Essex Wire when they made the 1/18th scale Ertl replicas of "Ollie The Dragon". I got several guys to give me their cards to buy them and have a few I am going to post up on ebay.

If any of you are interested in them let me know and make me an offer and we will see how it goes, if not start looking at ebay under "misterkunio". I am pricing them to sell compared to the ones that are on there now. The cars I have are the higher serial numbered ones that were sold to the employees only, the lower serial numbered ones went out throught the museum sales.

Any detailed pics? I'd really like to see one. Or a direct link to your sale?

there are 2 on ebay right now, just put in essex cobra in your search and you will see what it is. mine are still in the box like in the pics they have.

i can get you pics if you need more but the ones on ebay pretty much do the trick. I do have my own out of the box if you want more detailed pics. The wife is going to be taking more pics this coming week of them.

The Essex cobras are some of the nicest cars Ertl ever did. The exactness of these is really amazing. I have sat in the real replica at an Essex picnic and the model is so close you can almost drive it.
