Oregon Raceway Park - Palatov D4

We are very fortunate to have a track the caliber of Oregon Raceway Park in our state. The track is somewhat unique as it runs botrh directions has 15 turns and over 400' of cummulative elevation change. I've been fortunate to run quite a few laps there on a bike but never in a car, that will change in the future. This test of the Palatov D4 will give you a good perspective of how technical and fun this track is, it's also the new unofficial track record>

Check out Palatov's other video's they have nice products designed to pump adrenaline.

Sweet. Are the corners banked in the chicane at the 36 ~ 40 second mark of the video?

It would be cool to have a RTTPN (run to the Pacific Northwest) event at this location or Portland International Raceway

I'm sure Bill Murray would generously welcome such an event. For those that have never seen Multnomah Falls and driven through the Columbia River Gorge the scenery would make the trip to ORP worth it. The current food and lodging isn't greatest but it gets the job done. The west coast track comparable to ORP is Laguna Seca, with ORP being a better, smoother surface, more technical, more turns and elevation change.

East end of the Gorge heading west:

Best lodging option 24 miles from the track at I-84 & Hwy 97 junction overlooking the George:
