I came across this car, the owner knows very little about it.
It's a 1985, and has a badge that says 'GSS, guldstrand sport suspension'. Anyone know anything about it? Does this thing handle well? |

I guess the obvious question is "Did you call the phone number on the tag?" Are they still in business? Kinda looks to me like it was setup for some type of SCCA racing maybe, although i didnt see any race belts in the pics.

I found this
http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/su...-shootout.html And Dick Guldstrand is still in business, he is in Burbank Ca.. I would also say that if DG worked on it ..It handles very well http://guldstrand.com/ |

It has enough good stuff, set up correctly it should handle killer.

It's a third gen - setup correctly, it'll handle like it's on rails. It looks like a pretty cool find to me. It's too bad the drivetrain has been stripped aside from the 9" rear.

He's only asking $3,750 for it.
Monterey, CA craigslist. I thought about getting it and dropping my LS2 into it, but I just can't justify another project right now. |
Did they ever scale it ? Curious on weight bias . I like the tank in front of the axle . I hate swing weight .
I met Gulstrand at Pheasant Run last year . promoting his book . Deffinatly a" Vintage" racer . Getting up there in years . |
