LS3 Motor w/ Billet Speciality Tru Trac System Problem
 

I have a LS3 new factory motor in a 69 camaro with the Billet Specialty Tru Trac system. The problem is the harmonic balancer does not line up with the other pulleys. Everything else lines up but the harmonic balancer. Am I missing a pulley. The instructions dont show any pulley. Or does it need a different harmonic balancer.

I looked at these pictures but our system looks different. It has a hub that is held on with the harmonic center bolt and then a cover for cosmetics.

You'll most likely need a different balancer.

That is what I was thinking.

I called Billet Specialties and it needs a F-body balancer #12553118 or pioneer #872042.

Maybe this will help someone else if they have this problem.
