Camaro bolt pattern vs. 5x120mm dilema!

hey guys, as I am getting close to fitting a rear end on my 69 Camaro, I have been looking for wheels run. Most of the wheels I find are 5x4.5 and not 5x4.75. My question is probably makes no sense, but is it a bad idea to try to change bolt pattern to 5x4.5? I know the rear end would be easy enough because I have not had it built yet, but i am running speedtechs front end with stock replacement spindles, and I didnt know if there was any way to run a rotor with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern on that spindle.

What wheels are you looking for?? Just about every manufacturer makes a GM bolt pattern wheel, 5 on 4.75

To be specific, I'm looking for 18x10 and 18x9 that has five spokes with a flat black finish. Of course the set that caught my eye are a ford mustang bolt pattern and not gm. I would like these wheels becasue they are only $400 for all four wheels, but is it a bad idea to run these wheels on a Camaro. Here is a picture of the wheels I want to look fairly similar. Any suggestions?

that looks like a Cobra r copy. I'd bet you can find that in a GM pattern. but other than that i'm sure you could redrill your front hubs for the smaller pattern.

Why do you have 5x120mm in your title to debate between 5x4.5 and 5x4.75 wheel patterns? Was there a third wheel pattern option?

As for the front wheel pattern, that's going to depend on what you're planning on running for brakes. If you're running a kit with hubs and slip-on rotors, then custom hubs would be an option in whatever pattern you liked. You could also possibly modify a set of factory drum hubs...again, it just depends on the brakes. FWIW, I prefer the 5x4.75 or 5x120 patterns over the smaller (and weaker) 5x4.5 pattern.
