Clarification...
 
Hi all!
Came across a great (near new) set of starter rims/tires. I need some clarification on the specs as I'll be trying to fit them to my stock '66 Chevelle.
Here are the specs:

Front Rim: 17x8 - 5x120.7 +8mm offset
Front Tires:FK-452 245/45R/17

Rear Rim: 17x9.5 - 5x120.7 +8mm offset
Rear Tire: FK-452 275/40R/17

from the offset chart I looked at those should work on a 66.

They are nice looking wheels but I do not see how he paid 3k for them. those wheels without the tires are around 1250 from summit and summit tends to run on the high side for wheels.

I've been doing some research up till now and I agree they should work. You are also right about 3k he spent on them. I have seen the bill of sale. I'm getting them for about $1,300 though complete with tires. I'll hang on to them throughout the build and then upsize later.
