I've got a 70 Chevelle mini tubbed with 345's. I have 3/4" to the frame and less than 3/8" to the fender lip. No rubbing issues at all.

I have a 9", G-link, mini-tubs and 18x12 335's . The rear end width is 57" WMS to WMS (wheel mount surface). I have about 1" of clearance inboard. The fenders are not rolled yet but they will need to be before driving. Here are a couple of pics so you can kinda see where the tires set in retation to the fender.

Don't mean to hijack the thread. JD man did you have any issues with getting the rear to that ride height with the g-link? I've seen a couple post where guys can't get to the ride height they want. I really like where your is setting.

The G-link came with 12-200 springs. I could not get the rear down with those springs. I installed a pair of 10-200 springs which gave me enough adjustment to lower the car to the current ride height. Everything else on the G-Link works well with the 10" springs.

So just replacing those springs and you have no issues whatsoever? Ride quality still good? No issues with anything hitting the trunk floor, etc?

The car is not operational yet so I cannot speak to the ride quality. I can say that the 10" spring gave me some adjustability and there is still at least 2" of additional travel before the suspension bottoms out.
