Event in the NW??
 

If something could be put together, even if it's just an open track style event, whose in?

What I'm thinking is roadcourse and an autocross, 2 day get together. Is there an event in the NW (Seattle area) that I'm unaware of?

Just thinking out loud at this point...I think I can, I think I can...

Portland Int is the only spot I can think of that could host both. Oregon Raceway Park is a great road course but they currently lack an area for autocross. The new track in the Seattle area is The Ridge ( http://www.ridgemotorsportspark.com/ ) they just got asphalt down and a friend just ran some laps on his 1098 Ducati, it sounds very good and the scope of the project will include garages, drag strip, mx track, dirt track, kart/supermoto tracks, etc. I imagine an autocross area will also be part of the master plan. The owner has become friends with the owner of Thunderhill and capitalizing on T-Hill's successful elements.

So at the current time our options are limited, but the future is looking good. :thumbsup:
