Tubing bender recommendation
 

Has anyone here used this tubing bender for brake, fuel, trans ect hard lines?

In addition to my Torino I have a Bronco and a Corvette I'm building and I'd rather do my own hard lines then having someone else bend them. Most of my lines won't be stock replacement but custom so it' not like I can just order them out of finelines or classic tubes catalogue.

I also see this one doesn't do 3/16" line.

I'm sure someone out there has some suggestions for a bender to do tight radius lines with.

I use a real nice little hand held bender that works great. It's a Rigid #36117 and it's funny I saw this post as I'm finishing off my brake lines as I type this from the shop. Thought I had them nipped in the butt yesterday but found a leak today and had to bend up a new piece of stainless tubing because one of the ends didn't flare to well. I use the kind that has three slots to bend the tube in, and looks like a mandrel bender, pulls the tube along as you go.
EDIT: Found a link..they are like 5.99 I think, autozone, napa, etc...

But for a majority of my work now I just use the green aluminium line. You can bend it by hand, and flares real nice, and seals good too.
