New member, long time lurker
 

I just realized after helping a fellow Buick A-Body guy in the suspension section that I have not made an intro post so here goes:

My name is Josh and I live right outside San Antonio in a town called La Vernia. I am active duty Air Force (16 years so far), married with kids.

Car:
1965 Skylark Gran Sport (thin pillar coupe)
Bone Stock with 88K miles on the original 401 Nailhead and ST300 2-speed tranny

Since I bought the car I have replaced all of the bushings with stock replacement rubber bushings and installed Eibach springs. It currently runs on 15" Buick rally wheels with 245/60 BFGs on all corners. Right now I am gathering parts to swap 98-02 F-body disc brakes on the car and will be installing new wheels and tires in Jan/Feb.

There's a Pro Touring event scheduled for the race track near you in February... come out and meet a few guys from Lateral-G!


Harris Hill, probably the weekend of Feb. 17-19, 2012. We plan something special for early arrivals and cruising the area will be part of the fun. Road course, Speed/Stop and Autocross on Saturday and Sunday.
