This is a super cool idea.... a new magazine with a car club to support it.
 

"Street Thunder" Magazine is a brand new magazine headed by Scott Parkhurst of Popular Hot Rodding fame with a new approach to actually support what will hopefully be a huge national car club called the National Street Machine Club (NSMC).

The magazine will be published bi-monthly (6 issues/year) and will feature cars from all genres, "take-it-to-the-garage" techniques, auto industry updates, and more. It will also feature in-depth articles and step-by-step instructions concerning various automotive projects to help you finish yours on time and within a budget.

Yup. It's a great idea. I saw the first issue while at a media show in Cali last week. Lookin good. It's a lot like this website. Great cars owned by real people plus lots of good information. I strongly suggest that everyone join (and I'm not just sayin that because Parkhurst is my homie)
