Will a 70 camaro console fit a 67/68?

Has anyone tried using a 70 console in their 67 or 68? Trying to see if it will match up the the dash before I buy one. Thanks

I saw one in a '68 a couple of years ago at a local cruise-in and even though I knew it didn't belong there, it still looked good.
