1965 Chevelle filler neck relocation and sealed cap
 

I'm converting to a custom aluminum baffled and sumped tank. I want to relocate the filler neck inside the trunk (with a sealed cap) and run the II Much Fabrication external vent. Where should the vent exit the tank and how high up does the vent canister need to be mounted?
