69 Camaro Quadralink - links and body brackets

I picked up a second hand 9" DSE rearend with all the bracketry on it w/ shocks, as well as the shock tower and minitubs. I need everything to complete this kit!
They car it came out of naturally used the body mounts and the links, I'm not sure about. Can any vendor help in sourcing these parts? I can provide pictures of what I'm looking for if I'm not clear in my description. Regards, William |

DSE will not piece out the quadralink, but will sell without shocks. You gonna end up with some extra parts. Give me a call if you have anymore questions.

Did they change that in the recent past? I'm checking around as I had a vendor quote me (almost a year ago now :( ) a price on just links and brackets (exactly what I'm asking for here but now without cross member as well).
Hate to be stuck with brackets I cant use and most likely cant sell. Thanks for the quick reply! William |

I too did exactly as you did... I purchased a 9" housing that already had the Quadra-Link brackets already welded in place. I was able to purchase everything needed from DSE when they were here at the Texas Motor Speedway for the Spring Good Guys. It was actually pretty easy as all the brackets for the rear-end housing are all in one box. They simply deducted the price of that box. Call the sales team at DSE and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help you. Marco |

Just called DSE to confirm, they will not seperate the kit other than selling less springs and shocks. tubs are already not included in the kit.

Kinda sucks they changed that then. I mean hell what if you put the axle brackets on a crappy axle (there is one locally on a 8.2 10 bolt!!). Buy an entire kit for axle brackets?
Thanks for the info, I'll search to see if I can find something. At least I got a good enough deal on the complete 9" to be worth it. William |

 PM sent Musclerodz.

Guys - I might be wrong here but from what I've seen, most of the cost is in the swivel-links and the other key components - the bracketry cost is minimal in comparison. So I wouldn't worry too much about having those left over and having wasted a lot of money.

When they were selling the kit separately it worked out to ~2-300 difference in price not getting axle brackets or crossmember. I do agree that the majority of the cost is in the swivel links but 200 bucks could best be spent elsewhere...
