Who makes the best R Compound?

Just as the title says, between any of the R compound manufacturers, who makes the best? I'd say best balances between grip and longevity. I'm inclined to say HoHo's R6, but I'd like to hear what the masses say.

A6 is the better tire all around than the R6. Toyo R888 and RA1 are good options. What kind of car and what kind of racing?

A6 has no longevity. It's a bubble gum autocross tire. I like my r888 for EVERYTHING.

I agree. A6's will heat up faster and give you faster lap times but not give you as many laps as the R6. IMO RA-1's are better than R888's but your limited by sizes offered. NT-01's are a good alternative to the RA-1's.

Toyo all the way if you're trying to balance grip vs. longevity. I raced on RA1's for years and you will get 5x the life out of them over other brands.
