Which automatic tranny would stand up to Ls-9 or Ls-7 power in a 1969 camaro. I'm trying to go paddle shift also:lateral:

th400/4l80. or one hell of a 4l60.

I didn't know u could run a old school tranny behind a ls

If you want paddles it'll need to be electronic...

The TCI 6X is awesome on paper, mixed reviews on the forums though, I believe a few others have 6 speeds in development too.

A 4l80 should see you right for a lot less $$.

Will it handle the power.
