Pilot bearing chipped. Should I replace it?

I pulled the motor today as I want to paint it. After I pulled the motor and trans apart, I was looked in the pilot bearing and noticed a couple small broken pieces. It looks like when I was putting mating them up, the input shaft hit the inside of the face of the bearing and broke off small pieces. It looks like all the needle bearing are fine and none are missing. Should I replace the bearing or will it be fine? I've attached some pics so you can see the damage.

Thanks in advance.

I'd would be much easier now than later should it fail. I wouldn't risk it.

Like Jody said, you've got it apart. Fortunately it isn't an expensive part either. A few dollars now will feel like the greatest investment ever if you got it all back together then had to the transmission out. Ask me about how many times I've pulled a transmission...

I know, I know...was a dumb question. Thanks guys. What pilot bearing should I get for a LS3 / TKO600 combo? Will a stock LS3 one work or would I be better off getting a pilot bushing?

Uhhhhh.... Bearings don't live long when they look like that do they?

You already know the right thing to do.

Thanks guys. I'm glad I decided to replace the bearing. Turns out I had the wrong one in there from the beginning. When I originally ordered my TKO swap kit, my plan was to run a sbc 383, then I found the pro touring sites and my plans took a huge detour and I bought a L92. I called Classic Motorsports, where I got my trans kit from, and they gave me the correct part number. Turns out I needed a completely different bearing for the LS motor. That would have been a pain to diagnose issues with wrong bearing in place.
