Another 69 Camaro, My first of this magnitude.
Well I thought it was time to start a thread over here, It has all been done by myself, I had help on tear done by 2 of my employee's.
I have a 14yr old friend of the families that comes by for a few hours on Sat, Cole has been a big help with the sand blasting and passing wrench's. The car started out with a transplanted 396 4-speed, 10 bolt rear end.. I've never done anything of the magnitude. So the welding, painting is all new. Lateral-g, Youtube. and a lot of computer time and tons of stupid questions has helped. Seeing all the builds on here inspired me to take on this project. My Orange 67 was unfriendly to drive long distance, No A/C and 5-9 miles to the gallon, But the HP and torque made up for it My Plan was LS7 T56 magnum, 20 mpg, AC And drive anywhere. Motor For now.... Built by NER racing out of Aurora Co. 1998 LS1 with LS6 heads,(ported and milled 00.3) by NER LS6 Intake, Ported DBC-TB Comp Cam 231-230-@108+4 615 618 I went with 1-7/8 Headman long tube headers???(worried about those fitting) Autokraft oil pan T56 Magnum. 12 bolt 410 true track from DSE DSE Stage 3 Front end kit DSE Upper and lower control arms DSE Coil over Shocks DSE Sway bar, DSE Billet tie rods ends DSE close ration steering box DSE brake boaster DSE Subframe connectors.
