Tustin vintage races
Found a box of pics I took from a race in the 90's at Tustin Airforce base
Here's a few, I will download and post more later http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y3/...scan0005-2.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y3/...scan0004-2.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y3/...scan0003-1.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y3/...scan0002-2.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y3/...scan0001-3.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y3/real3/scan0007.jpg I loved the 2 huge blimp hangers They were amazing! You really had to stand at one end looking through to really appreciate just how BIG they were.. Yup these 2 are crooked like my brain http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y3/real3/scan0006.jpg |

It was a Chevelle he did that to. The Camaro he raced in the Tran Am series. Don't think they ever raced Camaros in NASCAR.. Except for Flash68 :willy:

but yeah that was used in the TA series. |
Tustin Thunder wasn't that what they called it.
A guy from Texas had a semi full of vintage Fords including a real GT40 in green and gold that he ran hard. I remember him coming into the pits with tire doughnuts. I remember a really sweet first gen Firebird running pretty good out there also. |

You can really
tell where they widen the rear quarters on the back of the dark blue 69. Look at the distance from the tail lights to the outside edge
