I know this is a dead and beaten horse! But, has anyone been able to put a 19' by 10' rim on a stock rear end camaro? Only mods, rolled inner fender wheel well, and relocated shocks and leaf springs. I have been told stock 9.5' will be the widest! And will it sit low?

I have some 19x10 rushforths w/275's on the rear of my 68 firebird convertible. I test fit them on my 67 coupe last year before I sold it. Its tight but they fit. In both cars I had hotchkis 1.5" drop springs with small spacer- probably total 1.75" drop. Here's a few pics. I can measure the backspace tomorrow if needed. Scott

Nice rims:cheers: ! But I can see that wide of a rim would cause a problem if lowered any more. I guess I want my cake and eat it too! I the rear tire to sit right below the wheel well molding. Almost tucked. So what is your backspacing?
