1972 RS Camaro

Well gang it's time to thin things down and start "a few new Radical builds" so my soon to be feature 72RS is on the block... The car is a really nice street warrior that has received some pretty nice accolades such as being a 2009 Optima Ultimate Street car participant, Won 3rd place at the 2010 GM Nationals in Carlisle and is now soon to be featured in "Chevy High"....

The car itself was purchased from Salmon Idaho in 2007 and was a rust free car that we totally striped to a bare steel carcass and proceeded to work the build plan from there... We widened the rear quarters in a very subtle fashion by 1 1/2" on each side and most people don't even catch the modification... This was done to accommodate 315's at a lowered height without mini-tubes and to make sure the cars stance was correct.. The car was so clean that we decided to utilize the stock sub-frame and work with springs and shocks to create a real nice street car that would run on pump gas and leave nothing on the table as far as quality parts in the drive line..... Hence the engine is a beauty that highlights out as follows...

-555ci aluminum Dart Block
-Calies Magnum XL Ultra light
-Oliver I beams
-Polished Brodix BB2 CNC heads
-Jesel comp 1.8
-K-motion springs
-Port matched Polished Brodix Intake
-Custom built stepped & coated Headers and 3 1/2" oval spin tech exhaust
This all backed up with an aluminum 14 flywheel, Keisler prepared TKO600 with McCloud dual disk, an aluminum Dyna-tech 3 1/2" Drive-shaft and a Mosier 12 Bolt with an Eaton Carrier.... In other words this pump gas drive line is set on ""KILL""
The interior was treated to custom seats (modified Audi A-4) and a custom dash bezel that is covered in a prize winning Burled maple veneer with AutoMeter gauges...

This ad is making me wonder if I've priced my camaro too low. Please don't take that the wrong way as I am not suggesting that this is over priced, you clearly have a lot of time, money and work into it. I've been told I have mine too low but I am basing a lot of it on the fact that it is a garage build, which in my eyes brings in less.

Gorg car, wish I could add it to my collection!

You know we haven't LOL..... I kind of lost interest in the car and my son Albert Jr plays with it once in a while. I guess we should organize a dyno appointment,, just haven't done it yet...
