stripping paint

Whats the best way to get the paint off the front and back bumpers on a 79 model camaro? Will a fiber glass stripper work? Any thoughts?

There is a special paint stripper for plastic bumpers,I think it's made by Clean Strip. Or you can sand it all off,if you feel like sanding.

Thanks Stefan,

I reached out to klean strip, but they dont have anything for the rubber bumper covers. It looks like I may have to get comfortable and start sanding.

They are lying.I may have misspelled the name Klean Strip, but they offer stripper for plastic parts.

No doubt,

I must have talk to the guy for 5 minutes about what I was doing. He was confident they had no products to strip these covers. But he did recomend there bulldog product to promote adhesion. Perhape they need to train there tech guys a little better. Thanks for the help, I am putting a order thogether for ABT for some other things I need that will work out well.

This stuff works great - Klean Strip Bulldog Flexible Bumper Paint Stripper should be able to purchase at any local paint shop.

Ok,
I have been looking at the klean strip products mainly the bulldog. They have two options one appears to be just a adhesion promoter and one that is a sealer also. How to choose? I can get both the sem products stripper/adhesion promoter local. Once these parts are stripped whats the best course of action to limit the chance of any problems with the paint?
