Tank Venting
What's the simplest way to vent a DSE (Rock Valley) EFI tank?
|
Our solution is simple and effective. Install it in the trunk floor under the package tray and connect it to the vent port of the tank. There's no plumbing in the trunk, and no gas smell in your garage.

John can you explain how that device works or installs? Does this also keep the vent line from spilling out fuel on a full tank? You have my interest.

The vent is installed in the truck floor underneath the package tray with all plumbing interfaces on the outside (underneath) of the car. The tank vent port connects to the vent input port.
Installing our Vent along with an unvented fuel cap will virtually eliminate fuel smell from the vent port, and will cure fuel slosh problems that often happen with a full or nearly full tank. It will aid in burp-free fill-ups, and also provides filtered air to the tank as fuel is burned by the engine, easing the work of the fuel filter. |
