Since then we have sold thousands. It has also been our goal to continually improve our bearings as we do with any product we produce. Our latest generation bearing has seen tremendous reviews and almost 0 returns which is amazing for any hydraulic line. Sales of the new bearing have been awesome. Customer service was great, the problem was the unit itself. I installed 2 on my TKO 600, behind a 383, bought a super expensive bell housing alignment tool, measured and reviewed everything with the tech guys at Mcleod and installed the unit and it leaked. bad. Pulled the tranny, sent it back for repairs, reviewed specs again, and installed replacement. Leaked again AND squealed. Pulled the tranny checked lines, re-install, still leaks, still squeals. Called the factory, "the squeal will go away when it runs in" Really? what about the leak? Well we test them here and they don't leak when they leave. Really? Pull the tranny, buy a RAM, install, no leaks, no squeal.
