New car power features

Looking into options here. I'd like to add some new car features that make the car a bit more functional. I'm using the AAW harness and looking at something like this:

http://www.dakotadigital.com/index.c...prod/prd42.htm

Any alternatives? I like the KISS all in one, but would not be opposed to different/multiple units if I get more functionality. Tried searching and even went back to last year. All I found was moderater race car posts...

Hey Ron:

I would like to know also. What is wrong with the Dakotadigital system? Did you find any alternatives?

I bought the Dakota Digital unit. As above, I have seen other other individual units but not an all-in-one. Instructions look really simple.

I've never even seen this, looks awesome. And for what it does, the price doesn't seem too bad, either. Post up some impressions when you get it installed!

Ron, I know this is a little off topic but a new car feature that I use all of the time is my Modo Innovations power trunk release. I have the button mounted in the console and I have to say it has spoiled me. You can also hook up a Dakota Digital remote to it.

"ISIS". Tell Brett you want to rip out all the wiring and start over  Please, please please let me be there when you do!

Seriously though - just wanted to add that my experience with the DD modules - they work well and function as designed. Good bang for the buck too. It's features like that which make the non-track driving experience more enjoyable IMHO.

Talk soon.
G.
