Stock vs. Aftermarket Subframe hubface width, backspace, etc.

More of a theoretical question at this juncture as I don't have a Camaro (yet!) but something I've been thinking about nonetheless.

Do aftermarket subframes generally have the same hub face-to-face width as the stock subframe allowing for the same backspace wheels to be used? For example: if I were to buy a first gen F-body driver with a stock subframe, drive around as-is making little updates over time including the purchase of some nice wheels like Forgelines or CCW's - would I have to get the wheels re-hooped if I one day decided to swap in a DSE complete subframe (or the like) ?

Also - are the hub face-to-face widths / backspacings different between aftermarket subframe manufacturers? DSE vs. Chassisworks vs. Jake's Rod Shop, etc.

Thanks!

I don't think so. Because many of the aftermarket subframes allow for much wider tires up front. Some as much as a 10" wide tire. From my understanding, a stock subframe will not allow a 10" wide tire. So my answer would be no.
