Bracket
Hello,
Can someone tell me if this bracket exist on a A-body 68-72 (Chevelle, Skylark, El Camino,....) equipped with a manual trans. I bought this bracket from ThepartsPlace , and it doesn't work, it looks like it had been pressed on the wrong side ! Here is their answer to my refund request: Hello, They must have made 2 different designs at one point. The sales guy here think the bracket we made is for manual trans and the bracket you have a picture of looks like an automatic. The only thing we can offer is for you to send it back to us with a copy of your invoice with a note stating the reason for return and we will take care of it. Thanks the left one is from my El Camino, the right one from PartsPlace http://imageshack.us/a/img411/5456/patte.jpg It seems they try to glue me with strange stories about manual bracket that would be placed on the right side of the chassis !!! ???:_paranoid And I must send the bracket back because of their fault ! :woot: |
